We saw it up close: entrepreneurs and business leaders stuck in an overcrowded calendar — too many balls in the air, too little room to truly run their business. And at the same time, how rarely the classic approach — a stack of CVs, a quick placement — led to a collaboration that lasted.

At Nanny's, we've guided families for years in finding the right support at home. Over those years we noticed the same need among entrepreneurs and leaders: not just someone to take over tasks, but a right hand who genuinely fits the person, the organisation and the way of working together.

With complementary backgrounds in HR, management, entrepreneurship, organisational development and executive support, we therefore founded Synnan together. We believe a right hand is much more than administrative support — it's the right person beside you.

Our conviction is simple: personality, values and trust weigh at least as heavily as competencies. That's why we personally guide every client and every candidate — from the first meeting to a collaboration that lasts. With more than 20 years of experience in the world of recruitment, Isabelle built a deep knowledge of the labour market, talent development and connecting people and organisations. Throughout her career she guided both companies and candidates, developing a keen insight into what truly determines a successful collaboration.

As an entrepreneur she went on to build her own staffing agency, where personal guidance, quality and lasting relationships were always central. That experience taught her that a strong match goes far beyond filling a vacancy — it's about understanding people, organisations and their mutual expectations.

Within Synnan, Isabelle draws on her extensive market knowledge and entrepreneurial experience to guide clients and right hands with care. With her commercial insight, personal approach and focus on quality, she helps shape a selection and matching process that leads to lasting collaborations.

Connecting people is the common thread throughout An's career. From her background in criminology, social work, mediation and recruitment, she developed a deep insight into human behaviour, communication and the dynamics between people.

As an accredited family mediator, she guided people through complex situations for years, where listening, trust and finding lasting solutions were central. From her entrepreneurship and broad experience in recruitment, she knows like no other how important it is to look beyond a CV alone.

Sofie

With a background in HR, management, recruitment and process optimisation, Sofie has guided professionals and organisations for years in building lasting collaborations. Throughout her career she developed strong expertise in analysing needs, guiding people and optimising processes.

She believes a successful collaboration goes beyond experience and competencies alone. Personality, shared values and mutual trust are, in her view, the foundation of a lasting match.

Within Synnan, Sofie is responsible for the selection and matching process. She guides clients and right hands from the first meeting to a successful collaboration, with an eye for quality, discretion and a personal approach.

Janne

With her creative background and a master's degree in fine arts, Janne brings a fresh, strategic and visual perspective to Synnan. She combines a strong sense of aesthetics with a considered marketing approach and knows better than anyone how a powerful brand story takes shape.

At Synnan, Janne is responsible for marketing and safeguards the brand's visual identity. As team lead marketing, she translates Synnan's values and vision into strong communication, professional campaigns and a consistent look across every channel. From photography and content creation to social media, branding and advertising campaigns: Janne makes sure every detail contributes to a recognisable, high-quality brand.

With her eye for detail, creative expertise and feel for storytelling, she strengthens Synnan's visibility and helps build a brand that radiates trust, quality and personality.
