Privacy policy
Synnan processes as little personal data as possible. This website has one form, uses no cookies and does not measure your behaviour. Below is exactly what happens to what you share with us.
Who is responsible
Synnan is the controller for data collected through this website. You can reach us at hallo@synnan.be.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form yourself:
- your name
- your company
- your email address
- your message — what you are looking for
- your contact preference (email, phone, or no preference)
If you used the ideal-profile builder before the form, the traits you selected are sent along so we understand your question better. You can see that selection in the form before you submit, and you can remove it.
We ask for nothing we do not need, and there is nothing on this website to sign up for or register with.
Why, and on what basis
We use your data solely to answer your question and prepare a first conversation. The basis is your consent in submitting the form, and the preparation of a possible working relationship (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Who sees your data
The founders of Synnan. Beyond that, two service providers acting purely as processors:
- Resend
- delivers the form to us as an email. Servers in the EU.
- Vercel
- hosts this website.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry leads to a working relationship, we keep your data for as long as that relationship and statutory retention periods require. If it does not, we delete your message within twelve months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase and restrict your data, the right to object, and the right to portability. An email to hallo@synnan.be is enough — we respond within thirty days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle that, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be.
Security and changes
The connection to this website is encrypted. We keep the number of people and systems that can reach your data as small as possible.
If this policy changes, we update the date at the bottom.
